About the Role:

Fyfe Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to drive the commercial growth of our Western Australian business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification of project opportunities within existing client portfolios and new client opportunities.
  • Ensuring projects are correctly budgeted, resourced and delivered within scheduled timeframes.
  • Leadership and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
  • Actively driving and participating in tender and proposal preparation.
  • Preparation of monthly reporting on project performance against budgets.
  • Interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing Fyfe's presence and position within the WA market.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, ideally with a background in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering.
  • Well connected, driven and ambitious you will be confident in your ability to open doors and drive business development across energy, industry, mining, upstream and downstream oil and gas.
  • Demonstrated experience within a consulting environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in both technical and people management.
  • Demonstrable history in delivering major projects utilising current best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and acquisition of clients.
  • Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.
  • A strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality of work.
