Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Credit Specialist to lead our team in assessing credit risk and ensuring the integrity of our financial dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough analysis of credit risk across various transaction types, including M&A, Project Finance, Leveraged and Trade Finance
  2. Develop and maintain expertise in diversified sectors such as Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Real Estate & Natural Resources
  3. Prepare comprehensive credit due diligence reports, rating recommendations, risk alert assessments, and ongoing monitoring of credit performance
  4. Liaise with business functions to facilitate smooth credit application and approval processes
  5. Provide guidance on mitigating potential risks associated with customers, industry sectors, and transaction structures
  6. Perform other credit and risk management tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in analyzing structured transactions
  2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to identify risks with reasonable solutions
  3. Proficiency in writing comprehensive due diligence reports
  4. Tertiary degree in Commerce / Business / Finance
  5. Good knowledge of Corporate Finance & Institutional Banking products
  6. Proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation, and analytics
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is desirable
