About the Role

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team.

This role involves constructing and maintaining high-quality landscapes for various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design and functionality. Our sites include private schools, commercial properties, and residential areas.

  • Execute landscape construction tasks such as turfing, paving, retaining walls, and planting.
  • Install hardscapes like pathways, patios, and water features.
  • Build timber structures and features like pergolas, decking, and fences.
  • Construct brick and block structures.
  • Build and install retaining walls to support landscape designs and prevent soil erosion.
  • Perform softscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining garden beds.
  • Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

About You

We're looking for someone with proven experience in landscape construction or a related field.

  • Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.
  • Valid driver's license required; additional certifications preferred.
