As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to provide return to work assistance for Workers' Compensation, Compulsory Third Party and Life Insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members to ensure quality assurance and a culture of growth and excellence
  • Ensure the team is achieving targets and outcomes, conduct regular performance reviews, and celebrate their wins
  • Manage a small caseload of clients when required
  • Meet with established and referred networks to grow referral volumes and caseload for the team

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 5 years' experience working as a Rehabilitation Consultant with leadership experience, along with a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiotherapy, Psychology, Chiropractor, or a qualified Rehabilitation Consultant. You will also have current registration with the relevant professional body, a current driver's license, excellent communication skills, time management, and organisational skills, and full Australian working rights.
