Job Title: Chief Resident - Paediatrics
Role Overview:
The Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) seeks an Advanced Trainee Paediatric Chief Resident to support training needs of Medical Practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paediatric clinical leadership strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Promote a culture of excellence in paediatric training, focusing on education and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Training and Education Unit to design and deliver high-quality educational programs for Medical Practitioners.
