
Clinical Paediatric Healthcare Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our Paediatric Medicine team as a Clinical Nurse in Adolescent Medicine. The role requires delivering specialist clinical care across outpatient services, including eating disorders and gender diversity.
- You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions and support programs for young people and their families.
- You will lead and support clinical education by mentoring junior staff and facilitating student learning within a positive team culture.
- You will drive service improvement by contributing to research, clinical audits, and the development of protocols.
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to adolescents and their families in outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Lead and support clinical education and training initiatives.
- Contribute to quality improvement and service development through research and audit activities.
- You must be a registered nurse with a current practicing certificate.
- You must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- You must have at least 3 years' post-registration experience in adolescent healthcare.
- You must be able to mentor junior staff and support student learning within a multidisciplinary team.
- You must have knowledge of healthcare legislation, quality improvement systems, and current clinical best practices.
