This four-year apprenticeship will equip you with a nationally recognized trade qualification and provide a fantastic opportunity to become a qualified professional.

During the first three years of your apprenticeship, you will receive on-the-job training and work towards completing a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens. In the fourth year, you will focus on practical experience and work closely with qualified tradespeople.

Key Requirements

  • You must be at least 15 years old or older.
  • Not enrolled in school or home-schooled.
  • If currently in school or home-schooled, you must have completed year 9 or equivalent.
  • Provide written approval to proceed from a school principal or NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) or an authorized person acting in lieu of a school principal.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Ability to obtain a Class C driver's license when able.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or eligible to work in Australia (evidence required).
