The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our Hobart team as the Administration Officer in a part-time capacity.
This dynamic role will involve providing administrative support to the Site Team, building key relationships and ensuring the delivery of safe and quality bread and bread products to consumers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide general administrative support to the Site Team and manage the front reception
- A range of administrative tasks including invoicing, purchasing requisitions and purchase orders, receiving maintenance orders and products, allocating expenses to accounts and cost centres, historical data management etc
- Coordinate inductions and training schedules for the site
- Undertake administrative support for stocktakes
- Ensure all safety, behavioural and quality incidents are reported and managed
About You:
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- A background in administration and customer service
- Experience working with customers and developing relationships
- Excel experience is highly advantageous, and ERP experience such as SAP is a bonus
