We are seeking a seasoned Senior Assistant Restaurant Leader to craft an unforgettable experience where luxury reaches new heights. As our ideal candidate, you will be a leader who embodies the same drive and ambition as the Restaurant Leader and the values and standards of House Made Hospitality and Sofitel.

**Job Description**

Ambitious individuals with at least 3 years' experience as a manager in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably in a CBD/corporate environment, are encouraged to apply.

  • We seek a strong team manager who can ensure service and product standards are met, aligning with Sofitel and House Made Hospitality brand guidelines.
  • The ideal candidate will forge great relationships with guests and foster an environment of guest interaction amongst their team.
  • You will command the look and feel of the venue, maintaining thoughtful ambiance throughout.
  • Leadership skills in terms of product and venue knowledge, along with conducting regular training sessions to ensure consistency among team members, are essential.
  • The selected candidate will instill our positive culture throughout the team and venue, being an ambassador of the Sofitel and House Made Hospitality values.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

We require:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a manager in a high volume restaurant environment; and in a CBD/corporate environment.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Ability to understand and manage wage targets.
  • Ability to use Seven Rooms.
  • Experience in performance appraisal and development.
  • Intermediary understanding of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Full Australian Work Rights.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum. Benefits and salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
