Job Description

As a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the Finance Department, processing payroll & accounts payables accurately, maintaining timely records, and resolving staff queries.

Your role will involve:

  • Assisting with budget compilation and monthly forecasting, ensuring complete input from Department Managers.
  • Developing effective measures to enhance departmental profitability with Department Managers.
  • Preparing weekly rolling forecasts and payroll reports.
  • Ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures and policies.
  • Monitoring and checking financial audits, relating to standards and procedures.
  • Supplying F&B departments with accurate statistical information on a timely basis.
  • Supervising Accounts Payables and Payroll processing for the Food & Beverage department.
  • Implementing Accor policies and ensuring internal controls operate effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in a hotel environment, ideally in high-volume food and beverage operations.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
