Program Delivery Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Program Delivery Manager to drive innovation and growth during a transformative period. This exciting opportunity involves partnering with a leading organization to secure their Program Delivery Manager role.

You will bring strong project management discipline to existing product teams and vendors using agile methodologies. You will manage a portfolio of projects at various stages, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver results efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and their dependencies;
  • Report on project budgets, risks, and issues;
  • Manage vendors and internal teams;
  • Identify and communicate problems early and often;
  • Manage resource allocation and project budgets;

You will also work closely with senior leaders to:

  1. Lead scrum ceremonies across multiple projects;
  2. Coach project teams to deliver using agile approaches;
  3. Support effective change management practices;

This is a unique opportunity to drive cultural transformation and lead the development of business case documentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects as a Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager. They should have highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and experience managing vendors to deliver integrated technology platforms.

Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Human-Centered Design methodologies is essential, along with experience working with advanced project management tools. Experience in areas such as ERP, CRM, Field Service Management Systems, and more is also desired.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to facilitate workshops and drive cultural transformation.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Human-Centered Design methodologies;
  • Proficiency in advanced project management tools;
