Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of a single high-end residential project in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and budget expectations. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the project programme, coordinating sequencing of works with the site team and subcontractors, and proactively addressing delays, risks, and critical path items.

Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will ensure works are executed in line with the agreed scope and specifications, conduct regular quality inspections, and oversee design implementation to achieve the intended architectural outcomes.

This is a part-time position requiring 1 day/week on site and 1 day/week in office or working from home managing programme, scope, quality, and key stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven track record delivering high-end residential projects at Senior PM level
  • Strong knowledge of construction programmes, sequencing, and quality control
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project delivery to meet quality, time, and cost expectations
  • Managing programme development, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Ensuring effective coordination and sequencing of works
  • Identifying and addressing potential delays, risks, and critical path items

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
