Job Description

As a seasoned business systems professional, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and providing expert guidance on leveraging software investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define business requirements through collaborative efforts with clients.
  • Support clients in resolving business issues and driving improvements.
  • Perform gap analysis to ensure alignment between customer needs and TechnologyOne software capabilities.
  • Strategize, manage, and implement deployments within the business applications team.
  • Design and deliver solutions to optimize business functions and enhance user experiences.
  • Create change requests where enhancements are required.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to maximize value from the system.
  • Help clients simplify, optimize, and modernize their business applications.
  • Contribute to product reference database development and identify internal developments for TechnologyOne software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in TechnologyOne consulting or similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing business systems, specifically TechnologyOne CES, CI, and CIA.
  • Strong knowledge of TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Enterprise Asset Management, Project Lifecycle Management, or Property and Rating is highly desired.
  • Experience in documenting functional specifications and requirements artifacts is essential.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, understand requirements, and advise on optimal software utilization.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively.
  • Desirable technical skills include XLOne Reporting and BPA's.
  • Confidence in delivering customer training and presentations.
  • Alignment with our company values is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Drive for continuous improvement and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field is highly preferred.
