Senior Power Systems Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Power Systems Consultant to join our team. This key role will involve leading advisors, managing project timelines, and serving as a technical advisor for large renewable energy projects.

  • As a senior consultant, you will lead business development efforts and participate in proposal submissions.
  • Developing Owner's standard requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards is also part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale renewables design or project development, including 5+ years in similar roles.

  • Expert knowledge of electrical systems and components within the Australian context.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
  • Assist with performance management and develop proposals to meet deadlines and success criteria.
About You:

Our ideal candidate will possess an electrical engineering degree (B.Eng., BS, or MS) and have at least 15 years of relevant experience. They should be passionate about contributing to the green energy transition and have advanced knowledge of project development stages.
