Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Teaching and Learning. This role will also provide administrative support to the wider Teaching and Learning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Tracking finances and managing budgets
  • Setting up and maintaining digital files and communications
  • Facilitating contact and meetings with relevant parties
  • Organizing travel and catering arrangements
Requirements
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Health and Safety awareness
  • Ability to work in a team environment
