The ideal candidate will have experience in leisure and lifestyle activities for residents, particularly those with dementia. They will be responsible for improving the quality of life for residents, involving families and carers in everyday life, and integrating our residence into the wider local community.

As a member of our team, you will report to the Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator and work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality care to our residents. You will need to demonstrate knowledge and skills in contemporary diversionary therapy services, experience working with people with dementia, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you will require a commitment to delivering exceptional service, demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services, sound understanding and commitment to person-centred care, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
