Job Summary:
The NT Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nutrition and Dietetics Department Manager to lead and develop the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at Royal Darwin Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality, efficient, culturally appropriate and effective Dietetics inpatient and outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to Dietitians employed within the Top End Region.
- Manage and develop the Nutrition and Dietetics Department to meet the needs of patients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Senior Professional Officer 1 experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration Package: $150,506 - $167,941 (including salary $128,551 - $143,611)
