Radiation Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at one of our Cancer Centres.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight, reporting to the site RT Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality radiation therapy planning and treatment delivery services that comply with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain patient care and continually enhance service quality and patient experience.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams for timely patient needs.
- Treat patients with respect, dignity, and equality.
- Support a culture delivering quality patient care services through collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need proven technical proficiency in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery, ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures, understanding of service delivery models within private healthcare sectors, capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You must have current AHPRA radiation therapist registration with Victorian Radiation Use Licence, adequate professional indemnity insurance, and relevant skills and qualifications.
