The Opportunity

The Assistant Asset Manager plays a pivotal role in managing assets within portfolios reporting to the Asset Manager. This position contributes to overall success playing an instrumental part in efficiently managing the asset management system on behalf of clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in Planned Preventative Maintenance programs and assets.
  • Maintain financial controls and reporting for PPM programmes.
  • Develop and document asset standards and processes.
  • Recommend improvements for operational performance and project manage implementation with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Asset Manager Operations team and other stakeholders onboarding new partners and aligning asset management strategies with organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or similar essential or Degree in Business/Finance or similar.
  • Track record in similar role ideally in demanding environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Power BI Power Pivot Power Query reporting experience highly regarded.
  • Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Self-starting able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
