Healthcare Leadership Position in Social Work

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Women's and Children's Health Network as a Clinical Team Leader in Social Work. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Allied Health Social Work Service team, overseeing quality activities, service improvement projects, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate and coordinate quality activities and service improvement projects: Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the service by implementing quality initiatives and managing projects.
- Build and maintain professional networks: Foster relationships with key stakeholders to support service development and quality activities.
- Establish social work practices and protocols: Develop and implement best practices for managing complex psychosocial cases.
- Provide consultative services: Offer expert advice and support to all areas within the Women's and Children's Hospital, including problem-solving for complex cases.
- Co-ordinate training and development programs: Facilitate ongoing learning and development opportunities for Social Work staff.
- Degree or equivalent qualification: Hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Senior clinical experience: Possess significant experience at a senior clinical level within the profession, preferably in an area of specialisation.
- Clinical caseload management: Demonstrate ability to manage a clinical caseload while undertaking concurrent project work.
- Service coordination: Ability to co-ordinate service provision for consumers.
- Team supervision: Experience in supervising a professional team and efficiently managing time and resources.
