We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Designer to join our urban development team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a strong pipeline of projects with enough work for the next 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and design efficiency.
- Apply relevant Australian standards, local government requirements, and Austroads guidelines in design solutions.
- Develop and deliver civil design documentation for urban/land development and transport infrastructure projects.
- Undertake design and documentation using 12D and AutoCAD software.
- Deliver accurate, efficient design solutions that meet project and client expectations, while fostering relationships with internal teams, clients, and authorities.
The successful candidate will have:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Associate Diploma).
- Minimum 8 years' experience in civil design, ideally within a consultancy environment in Australia, preferably in Urban Development projects.
- Proficiency in 12D (including Network Editor), AutoCAD, and civil design drawing production.
- Effective communication skills and a professional approach.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
An established civil team of engineers and designers working together to deliver high-quality projects.
