Job Opportunity

Stantec is looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Wide Bay. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the civil design and documentation of urban infrastructure and roads projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate urban and road projects from feasibility through to construction
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects
  • Manage projects including scheduling and preparation of project budgets
  • Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects
  • Undertake and manage site inspections
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree
  • Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and delivery of projects, ideally with roads
  • TMR experience beneficial
  • Experience and understanding of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modeling and construction
  • Project management skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
