Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Officer to contribute to the success of our urban and regional planning, as well as infrastructure initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a variety of programs and projects aimed at progressing urban and regional planning and infrastructure objectives.
  • Coordinate the preparation and presentation of information and data relevant to these programs for input into reports and correspondence.
  • Document complex and sensitive issues for the delivery of projects, including correspondence, briefs, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain professional networks with internal and external stakeholders by keeping open and effective lines of communication.
  • Manage project management systems and identify opportunities for improvement that will add value to business needs.
  • Perform accurate document and record management activities, including hard copy and electronic file management of project information.
  • Support a team environment that values performance, client service, and shared purpose.
