Learning Designer

RMIT University is seeking a skilled Learning Designer to join the Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing cyber security training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, checklists, and online training modules.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyse various cyber security frameworks and content to determine their applicability for different audiences.
- Translate complex information into engaging and accessible training formats, including writing, editing, and formatting content.
- Assist in developing briefing documentation for stakeholders, outlining the status of development and providing overviews of resources.
- Prepare presentations and materials to communicate project findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools, including Canvas and Articulate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyse complex content and translate it for diverse audiences.
- Time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
