Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and analytical Graduate Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique chance to apply your skills in a pioneering Australian clean technology company.

  • You will support our business development team with strategic analysis to evaluate customer engagement opportunities and projects.
Key Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Conducting desktop research, data gathering, and market analysis to inform our go-to-market strategy across industries and product applications.
  • Preparing internal evaluation packs, presentations, and customer briefs.
  • Supporting business development and general management activities including CRM updates, meeting coordination, and various administrative tasks.
  • Developing internal tools and databases for improved information capture and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborating with BD, product, and technology teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Supporting customer engagement initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications and Desired Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
  • Dual degree in Chemical Engineering + Business/Commerce (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and in a structured team.
  • Interest in innovation, climate tech, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to translate technical understanding into commercial insights.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to liaise within and across teams.
