Beachside Treat Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic beachside team. As a Beachside Treat Specialist, you will be responsible for serving up a variety of cold and delicious treats to festival-goers and beach enthusiasts across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a range of frozen desserts, including Slushies, Ice Cream, Gelati, Coffee, and Hot Dogs, with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Operate the mobile treat van efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Handle cash transactions and keep accurate records of sales.
  • Restock and organize supplies to meet daily customer demand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patrons have a memorable experience.

Requirements:

  • Weekend and public holiday availability.
  • Must hold a valid working Visa, Australian citizenship, or permanent residence status.
  • Ability to complete training as soon as possible.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and enthusiasm for creating a fun atmosphere.
