About this Role

As a registered nurse, you will be delivering exceptional person-centred care to clients in their own homes. You will have the autonomy to work independently while being supported by a team of nurses and health professionals.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a supportive team of nurses and health professionals.
  • Communication and Relationships: Build strong, supportive relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, care providers, and health professionals.
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse with a minimum of 12 months general nursing experience. You will have strong clinical assessment and chronic disease management skills, as well as aged care/community experience.

You will also possess excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, with a valid full Australian driver's licence.
