About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Norwood. As a nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of older people and their families.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  • You will also be responsible for managing medication, documenting progress, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing) is required.
  • You will have experience in aged care or a related field, with a strong understanding of gerontological nursing principles.
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • You will be able to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively to our PCA/AINs.
