We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide exceptional care to our residents.

The Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in meeting the daily needs of our residents and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing total care to residents, including physical and emotional wellbeing and safety
  • Acting as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management and promoting a harmonious team environment
  • Communicating effectively with residents and colleagues and building rapport and maintaining professional relationships

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Nursing degree, AHPRA registration with no restriction, and a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance. They are committed to resident wellbeing and have strong communication skills.
