Ballarat Community Systemic Change Coordinator

Respect Victoria, a leading Statutory Authority, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the implementation of the Ballarat Community Saturation Model initiative. This strategic project aims to deliver long-term systemic change in preventing violence against women and family violence in Ballarat.
- Coordinate successful delivery of the initiative, aligning with the Implementation Plan and ensuring timely progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with team members to develop clear work plans, facilitating efficient cross-functional team work and effective communication.
- Provide governance groups with secretariat support, preparing briefing papers and coordinating stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to prevent family violence and promote social change in Ballarat.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and community groups.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of prevention of family violence and relevant Victorian legislation.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
