Sales Consultant Expert

About the Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will have the opportunity to develop trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice and a consultative approach to service. Your primary goal is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales and ensure success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately
- Conduct efficient follow-ups with customers and maintain the overall look of the store
- Assist with other duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service
- Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Forklift license not required but beneficial
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment
- Administrative skills and technologically savvy
- Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
