At DFP Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Consultant to join a large Federal Government Department based in Canberra.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of/experience in and accreditation in change management methodologies such as PROSCI, and delivery of Change initiatives in alignment with Enterprise Change Management Frameworks.

This role provides the opportunity to influence and shape strategic approaches to communicating change for the IT Division and to support Technology driven projects through targeted communication and change activities.

  • Ability to advise and support stakeholders including Executive/Senior Executive staff, leadership, and project teams to maximise adoption of new or changed technologies.
  • Experience in creating and executing communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the change.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate experience in the following key areas:

  • Knowledge of better practice M365 implementation and adoption approaches such as those contemplated in Microsoft's Modern Collaboration Architecture (MOCA) and M365 Adoption White Papers.
  • Familiarity with better practice for Cloud implementation and adoption approaches for Azure, AWS, and Google.
  • Familiarity with better practice for ServiceNow implementation and adoption approaches.
