Assistant Centre Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Assistant Centre Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to support the day-to-day operations of a major retail asset.
This role will focus on tenant relations, operational excellence, and financial performance to contribute to the centre's overall success.
- Support the Centre Manager with the day-to-day management of the shopping centre, including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, and general office administration duties.
- Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant, and customer related queries.
- Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance, and monitor vendor performance.
- Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule, and assist with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants.
- Process and track all AP invoices and expense reimbursements, and assist the Centre Manager with budgeting and forecasting.
- Prior experience in retail property administration or management.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- A collaborative mindset and strategic self-leadership.
- Salesperson Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
