Centre Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Administrator to join our team. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming children and families, conducting visitor tours and assisting with enrolments and new team orientations. They will also utilise our software systems to manage parents' accounts and monitor ongoing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor while maintaining security by recording all visits.
- Conduct visitor tours and assist with children's enrolments and new team orientations.
- Utilise our software systems to manage parents' accounts and monitor ongoing payments.
- Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to management with quotes/expenditure requests.
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable and honest manner.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in software systems is desirable.
- Working knowledge of relevant guidelines.
- Excellent computer skills and organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Certificates such as Working with Children's Check and Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid.
