Regional Sales Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales and technical team to drive growth, retention, and profitability across their assigned region.

This strategic leadership role requires the ability to shape sales direction, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across the business to deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales and technical team.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Projects, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure client margins meet company standards and negotiate improvements where needed.
  • Oversee tender submissions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key qualifications include 5+ years' experience in a sales management or leadership role, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

A strong background in the fire or security industry is highly regarded, along with proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
