Senior Commercial Lawyer

This is a great opportunity for an experienced lawyer to work in commercial, corporate or property law. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, HR and senior leadership to deliver business-focused legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, leases, procurement contracts and property documents;
- Advise on corporate, commercial, regulatory and compliance issues, including disputes and problem-solving contractor matters;
- Support the organisation in responding to disclosures, subpoenas and historic claims;
- Contribute to company secretarial responsibilities and support special projects as required;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, HR and senior leadership to deliver business-focused legal solutions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills, with the ability to contextualise advice in a regulated environment;
- Confidence working across a wide range of legal matters with sound judgement and commercial acumen;
- A collaborative style and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Pragmatism, resilience and a solutions-focused mindset;
- In-house experience is desirable.
