Legal Professional Sought for Complex Litigation MattersA reputable law firm is looking to hire a skilled litigation lawyer who can manage complex commercial litigation cases.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on debt recovery and asset recovery, as well as representing clients in court at various levels.The successful candidate will collaborate with senior lawyers and work independently in a flat, non-hierarchical environment.About the PositionThis role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial litigation cases and reports directly to a senior litigation lawyer.Responsibilities
  • Manage complex commercial litigation matters, including debt recovery and asset recovery.
  • Represent clients in court at various levels, from the Magistrate's Court to the Supreme Court and Federal Court.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and work independently in a flat, non-hierarchical environment.
About YouThe successful candidate will be a motivated and experienced litigation lawyer who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.You will enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and working collaboratively as part of a team.Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of post-admission experience
  • Proven track record in commercial litigation, including debt recovery
  • Experience working in multiple jurisdictions across Australia
