HarperLloyd Recruitment is looking for a 2yr+ PAE lawyer with experience working in commercial litigation. This role offers great mentorship and trial exposure.

Job Description

The firm requires an Associate to work in a well-established team in commercial litigation. The successful candidate will be exposed to matters heard in Federal and Supreme Courts that may involve complex litigious disputes. This role involves working on matters involving director and shareholder disputes, business separation disputes, equity and partnership disputes, and property disputes.

The Associate will have matter support from more junior lawyers and paralegals in the team as well as from senior lawyers and the Principal who provides mentorship and training.
