Job Description:

We are seeking a Policy and Strategy Manager to join our team in driving the implementation of Wirkara Kulpa, a 10-year strategy aimed at achieving self-determination and closing the gap in justice outcomes by 2031.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and society, including historical and contemporary issues relating to Aboriginal Victorians.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Aboriginal communities and advisory groups, as well as sophisticated stakeholder engagement skills.
