About the Role

As a Workplace Inclusion and Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and enhancing the experience for individuals we support.

Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with Employment Coaches, Site Managers, and external stakeholders to create safe and empowering workplaces. You will oversee case management, training, behavioural support, and goal development for employees we support, ensuring operational compliance, efficiency, safety, and financial sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Desirable qualification of bachelor's degree in social work or similar preferred.
  • Experience in disability support, social work, adult education, or supported employment.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and NDIS standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and client safety systems.
