Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide advice and guidance on contractual matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tender documentation, assessing and appointing subcontractors, drafting and negotiating construction documents, and identifying risk management issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess advanced knowledge of contract law and administration, with experience in the construction industry or a related field.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Construction Management, Commerce, Business, or other associated disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in contract negotiation and management within the construction industry, property finance lending, or credit roles within financial institutions
  • Advanced skills in project contract administration, general business administration, negotiation, and conflict resolution
