Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who have studied Bachelor of Building Surveying with a strong interest in legislation, research, and related fields. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be working alongside experienced professionals to conduct site inspections, investigate real building compliance matters, and assess building code triggers.

You will also assist in the preparation of reports, draft compliance notices, and refer matters to the relevant authorities where necessary. This role requires you to be analytical, logical, and creative in your approach to problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a recognised bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in building surveying or a related field. You should have completed your studies within the last two years or be completing prior to the commencement of the program.

You must also have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program and be able to work full-time. A strong understanding of legislation, research, and compliance principles is essential for this role.
