We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts.

The Role

This key position involves providing strategic financial guidance, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and managing budgets to drive business growth.

  • Develop and implement the financial planning process
  • Ensure alignment of operational plans with the company's overall objectives
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations on key business decisions
  • Regularly review and update annual financial forecasts
  • Deliver monthly cost performance reports

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information. A strong background in financial accounting practices, systems, and processes is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience across the full spectrum of financial accounting activities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
