About FP&A Manager Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support operational and executive stakeholders across multiple service streams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, particularly in nonprofit or compliance-heavy industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Deliver timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights
  • Provide scenario modelling and strategic financial analysis
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess financial health and drive accountability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services
  • Strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
