Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a strong commitment to guest satisfaction while actively supporting and overseeing front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service in the restaurant and café.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Food & Beverage team members, ensuring adherence to service standards and delivering exceptional experiences to all patrons.
  • Prepare for each service period effectively.
  • Build rapport with VIP and regular guests to anticipate and fulfill their preferences and requirements.
  • Uphold hygienic food service practices and foster a safe working environment by identifying hazards and promoting occupational health and safety protocols.
  • Engage in a hands-on approach, collaborating with the team to deliver uninterrupted service.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the food and beverage sector.
  • Enthusiastic food and beverage attendants are encouraged to consider this advancement opportunity.
  • A genuine passion for customer service.
  • Proven experience in training and motivating team members.
  • A friendly demeanor, outgoing personality, and a high standard of personal presentation.
