About the Role

This role will see you working closely with the site team to deliver safe and efficient services in grain reception, storage, and outloading via road and rail. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily workflows and supporting the recruitment, training, and development of site staff
  • Building strong relationships with growers, customers, local community groups, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the Site Manager to set and achieve site targets, such as efficiency KPIs and budget management
  • Supporting resource planning for peak and off-peak periods, including grain receival and outloading activities
  • Assisting with scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, grain protection, safety, and quality activities
  • Overseeing seasonal workforces during busy harvest periods
About You

We're looking for someone with experience in plant operations, a strong focus on safety, and a desire to make a positive impact in the agricommodities industry. As an ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Previous supervisory experience or potential to lead teams
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse environments
  • Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills
  • Process-driven mindset
  • Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces
