This is a full-time role based on a 38 hour work week, with the ability to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.
About the Role- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting products and services.
- Showcase excellent customer service skills and build rapport with customers in a team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities and apply learned skills to support customers and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyse customer data and information to make informed decisions about product and service recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Cash handling experience

- FSRA Tier 2 qualification (desired)
