
Chief Administrative Officer

This role is key to delivering exceptional customer service and support to employees, residents, visitors, and guests within our care facility.
- You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team.
- Manage the scheduling process to ensure all shifts are filled with suitable employees.
- Assist with occupancy of rooms and create a welcoming environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
This requires strong administration skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong IT skills and experience with various systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Willingsness to apply for a security clearance.
