We are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to provide administrative support to our team in the Chronic Pain Service.

  • Provide high-level administrative and clerical support, including calendar management, correspondence, and filing.
  • Support quality customer service by providing respectful, helpful responses to enquiries via phone or email.

This position requires a Working with Children Check and vaccination requirements as per Occupational assessment, screening, and vaccination policy.

About You
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a complex organisation.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other record-keeping systems.
  • Good organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently under broad supervision.
  • A current Class C Driver's Licence and willingness to travel if required.
