About this Role

This position is pivotal in shaping and driving curriculum initiatives that align with school priorities and departmental strategies.

As a leader, you will foster high-quality teaching and learning practices, cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and the broader community.

In this senior role, you will lead student learning pathways across Years 10 to 12, promoting engagement and achievement through targeted support and collaborative planning.

Your leadership will ensure students have access to diverse, high-quality learning experiences and are well-prepared for post-school pathways.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Strengthen partnerships with industry to equip learners for success.
  2. Line manage VET delivery and oversee engagement in vocational pathways.
  3. Monitor student progression from SET Planning to Year 13 outcomes in partnership with Deputy Principals.
  4. Track attendance and work with year-level teams to maximise engagement and achievement.
  5. Analyse data to identify at-risk students and implement targeted interventions.
  6. Monitor behaviour data for senior students and respond to trends.
